The beautifully bold and contemporary development, Three 11 required a campaign to encapsulate the raw luxury of the development, which is surrounded by an expanse of glorious greenery and reservoirs, positioning Three 11 as enchanting, intimate and luxurious.

We created an effective campaign which commenced with naming the residences and establishing the brand to reflect the development’s collaboration between design and nature. We applied the brand to sophisticated marketing collateral, which includes a stylish hard backed brochure and beautifully packaged seeds, encapsulating the residence’s seamless integration with nature. In addition branded water bottles, pencils, postcards, folders, an advertorial, launch email and website were created to accentuate the brand, ensuring the raw luxury theme ran stylishly throughout the buyer’s experience.
